Delivery Policy

Delivery Options

We offer Door to Door and Locker to Locker delivery options for domestic orders. We also offer Local Pickup to customers who live in Despatch, Eastern Cape. You can also contact us at honeypaws20@gmail.com for delivery options such as PostNet to PostNet or PEP to PEP, we will then manually invoice you for your order. For International delivery options you can also contact us at honeypaws20@gmail.com and we will help you out.

Delivery Time

Door to Door and PUDO Locker to Locker delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

Delivery Costs

These are our Flat rates for delivery:

  • Door to Door – R100
  • PUDO Locker to Locker – R70
  • Local Pickup – FREE
  • International – Contact us for a quote

Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on what you order. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to track the delivery of their order. For orders with The Bark Bakers Treats, the processing days are 1-4 business days. For mug orders, please allow a few extra processing days as they are made to order.

Lost Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping all orders, but sometimes items may be lost during transit. If this happens, please contact us at honeypaws20@gmail.com immediately and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We only offer returns, refunds or exchanges on products that has been damaged during shipping. In order to qualify for a refund or replacement (only if we have stock) of a damaged item, you need to contact us at honeypaws20@gmail.com or 060 974 5641 within 24 hours with the receipt of your order and a photo of the damaged items as proof. We do not allow any refunds or exchanges on treats or doggy peanut butter that has been damaged during shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping options and rates vary by destination and weight. Customers are responsible for any additional customs or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays, damage or issues that may occur during international shipping.
