6. Returns and Refunds

  • We only offer returns, refunds or exchanges on products that has been damaged during shipping. In order to qualify for a refund or replacement (only if we have stock) of a damaged item, you need to contact us at honeypaws20@gmail.com or 060 974 5641 within 24 hours with the receipt of your order and a photo of the damaged items as proof. We do not allow any refunds or exchanges on treats or doggy peanut butter that has been damaged during shipping.
