Frequently Asked Questions

We make use of PayFast to accept Credit and Cheque card, Debit Card, Instant EFT, Masterpass, Store Cards, SnapScan, Mobicred and Zapper. We also have Payflex as a payment option. You can choose your preferred payment method at check-out. Honey Paws makes use of PayFast and Payflex to ensure secured payments.

We offer nationwide delivery to your door at a flat rate of R100. We also offer PUDO – Locker to Locker as a delivery method at a flat rate of R70. You can also contact us if you prefer PostNet to PostNet delivery. We currently do not have an option for international courier on our shop but you can send us a mail at honeypaws20@gmail.com and we will make a plan. You can take a look at our Deliver Policy for more info on all delivery options.

We use make use of The Courier Guy.

We have a processing time of 1-3 work days. We are always hard at work packing your orders and sending them out as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes around 2-5 work days, depending on if you are based in a main area or an outlying area. If any of the above changes, we will let you know.

As soon your pup’s parcel has been sent out, you will receive an email from us that contains the tracking number of your pup’s parcel. You can track your pup’s parcel on The Courier Guy website using the tracking number. You will also be receiving updates from The Courier Guy regarding you pup’s parcel.

If you are looking for something or a different colour of a certain product that we currently do not stock, you can let us know by sending us a mail at honeypaws20@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you.

Once your order has been finalized and the payment has been made, the products cannot be returned.

If a product has been damaged during courier and you notify us of this within 24 hours of you receiving your parcel, we will either replace the damaged products or offer you a refund. PLEASE NOTE that you will need to send us photos of the damaged products for evidence.
